Hi I’m April, the artist behind AprilHeartsArt. The beginnings of this little shop blossomed from years of my love for the arts. Whether I was drawing, painting, designing or building things I always knew that I wanted to turn my passion into something fruitful and uniquely mine. With a love for art since childhood I always knew that it would always be my first love and passion. Those early dreams led me to a Bachelors degree in Visual Communications and allowed me to bloom, be infinitely inspired and find a space to share my gifts.

Being a creative, sometimes I feel like I’m bursting with so many ideas and my canvases are spilling into a lot of different directions. This became an awakening and full circle moment for me when I realized why not channel that into everything I love? 

AprilHeartsArt is a hodgepodge of original art in various mediums. As a self taught artist my first love has always been illustration and I’ve recently ventured into watercolor paintings. Creating watercolor florals has easily become one of my favorite pastimes, aside from it being a beautiful medium I also find it to be extremely relaxing and gratifying.  

In my shop you’ll find an array of original, hand-painted and digital artwork for other creatives to use in their designs. You’ll also find a selection of personal art and handmade art prints for those who share an appreciation of tangible goods with a personal touch.
