All graphics, including photos thereof, are the sole property of April Hearts Art LLC and are held under copyright even after purchase. Reselling or distributing the original files or derivatives thereof is strictly prohibited.
Terms of use
A small commercial use license is included in the price of your purchase (500 units sold or less). If you intend to sell 500 units or more then you will need to purchase our Extended License.
- The graphics may not be used ‘as is’, in a stand alone fashion, but rather needs to form part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text.
- End products must be significantly different from the original designs & require time, effort, and skill to produce.
- You are not allowed to create directly competitive products like digital papers, patterns or modify my designs and resell the digital files.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital items, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
